How does Mike train? Who does he work with?

The BodyEvolver Training System is a method I have developed that allows me to lead and educate my clients to develop and shape their physiques. This method is simple and easy to understand and takes the guesswork out of a workout routine.

Located in Boston, I train old, young, fit, unfit, and everything in between from the beginner to the advanced. Human physiology is easy to understand. Yes we all have our genetic differences to deal with, but our underlying goal are much the same. To be fit and to feel great, whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle, compete or just look good in clothes. I just love to train!!!
